The Miami-Dade County Association of Chiefs of Police is one of the most respected groups of Law Enforcement Professionals in the country. Our association is recognized as the gold standard for innovative leadership and forward thinking; a path we must continue to follow.

As President,  I will work tirelessly to keep our focus; that of providing services of the highest standard. The Executive Board and I are committed to the ethics, professionalism, integrity and transparency of this association.

To accomplish our goals this year, I will utilize the extraordinary abilities of all our members as our enormous strength comes from working together. We must take full advantage of the talents of even our newest members as we must be committed to quality succession planning to continue to be leaders in our profession. By doing this, we ensure that Miami-Dade County Association of Chiefs of Police always stands ready for the sharing of ideas and best practices in our profession.

As your President, I am honored to be your representative. I look forward to an exciting year of innovative projects that will both stand the test of time and encourage others to follow us into the future.

Regards,

Scott Masington
Coral Gables Police Department
